Easy Cash From Yard and Garage Sales and eBay

Did you know you can make easy cash selling things from yards sales on eBay? This is really easy to do. All you need is a car that can carry things, a local paper or internet connection to find the yard sales and an eBay account.
If you go to several yard sales on Saturday morning, you will soon learn you can pick up bargains easily. The best yard sales to find bargains are the yard sales where people are moving house.
As these people are moving house, they really need to get rid of all the things they have and are not likely to want to have to move the items. Therefore they are normally willing to take any money whatsoever for the item. You can use this to your advantage. Offer really low prices - at least below half price of what they are asking.
Don't be shy - as this is when you make your money. Often they will accept your price without blinking an eye. If they don't they often come down a long way and then you can negotiate further.
Once you have your items, take them home and list them on eBay. Items that sell well are kids brand name toys, fridges and furniture.
Usually you should be able to double your money within the week. This is pretty good money for not doing much really. All you are doing is driving around to a few yard sales for an hour or so and then listing the items which may take another hour or so.
You could make hundreds of dollars if you negotiate hard and test different items that sell well. Also, if you list the item for $1 Reserve, then people will start to fight over the item and usually if they were one of the first bidders they are emotionally attached to winning the bid and as such this pushes prices higher - all the better for you.
Ensure that if you buy electrical items that you make sure you test it and make sure it works before taking it away. The last thing you want is to buy a fridge that the owner says works when it actually doesn't. So make sure you test the goods before buying them.
Other bargains can include lawnmowers, cb radios, rocking chairs, couches, beds, lamps, the list goes on and on.
If you are looking for some cash then next weekend get your car and trailer ready and hit the yard sales and you will be surprised how much cash you can rack up from one mornings work.
